  • No cash refund.
  • Physical damages and dents not be covered by warranty.
  • Retail Box and all other accessories must be returned for any warranty claims.
  • All Warranty claims are subject to a 7-14 days inspection period.

  • Defects or Damage Resulting From Accident, Misuse, Abnormal Use, Abnormal Conditions, Improper Storage, Exposure To Liquid, Moisture, Dampness, Sand or Dirt, Neglect, or Unusual Physical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Stress No Coverage Under This Limited Warranty
  • Bootloop Issues Caused By Installing Unsuitable Custom Watch Faces on Smartwatches Will Be Void of the Warranty
  • Power Banks Should Not Be Drained Less Than 10%, As They May Not Charge Again, And Warranty Will Be Void

Procedure For Claiming Warranty

  • The consumer shall first inform ucity.lk of the defective product and return the product to ucity.lk
  • The consumer shall arrange for the product to be delivered to ucity.lk
  • The consumer should submit the bill with the product
  • The customer should be responsible for all shipping charges relating to the warranty claim process. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. The product is to be sent with the original box and any other accessories that were included.
  • The consumer will be informed and billed for any parts or labor charges involved in repairing the defective product
